Food friendly and dishwasher safe. Washing by hand with liquid detergent recommended for longevity.  

Product Care: After washing, wipe dry with a clean cloth as soon as possible. In some areas hard water may leave calcium spots, or constant use of dishwasher may cause tarnishing. These stains may be removed easily with a stainless steel cleaner. We recommend using CIF cream. Do not use abrasive cleaners as they can cause scratching and eventually remove the shine of the surface of the item. Continuous soaking or living it in damp surroundings may cause staining and corrosion.
